Rehabilitation Services & Restorative Nursing
Stephenson Nursing Center offers a comprehensive program of restorative nursing for our residents who don’t qualify for skilled occupational or physical therapy. Restorative nursing takes place over the long term with daily exercises, such as:
- Strengthening
- Fitness
- Cognitive exercises
- Walking
Daily programs of exercise for range of motion can benefit joints and muscles alike. Our restorative nursing staff supervises all of these activities and all of our residents are followed by their own medical doctor.
Infinity Rehab
Infinity Rehab joined the Stephenson Nursing Center team in 2009. Infinity provides occupational, physical, and speech therapies to the residents of the center. Infinity Rehab is clinically driven and focuses on patient outcomes. Infinity’s core therapy programs include fall prevention, contracture management, pain, therapy, and cognition.
