Suzie Hake, Director of the Social Services Department, and her Social Service Assistants guide residents and their families through the process of adjusting to life at Stephenson Nursing Center as well as offering support and guidance throughout the resident’s stay. Discharge planning is also developed through the Social Services Department. The staff will assist you with making your return to home more comfortable.
