Food Services
A'viands Food & Services Management provides delicious and nutritious meals as well as therapeutic diets for the residents of Stephenson Nursing Center. All diets are followed as ordered by the Resident's primary physician and are monitored by a registered dietician.
A variety of meals are prepared and served in each of the four dining rooms three times daily and delicious snacks are offered to the residents between meals.
Protein supplements are also provided to those who need extra nourishment as ordered by their personal physician. The members of the food services staff understand the importance of nourishment and personal food preferences and strive to follow each resident's wishes through individual meetings and care plan sessions.
